We can now offer a pearl of a lovely campsite for sale, Øster Hurup Camping.
The site is located in the middle of the super lovely holiday town, with walking distance to restaurants and ice cream kiosks. Here is the Vaffelhuset, probably Denmark’s best ice cream kiosk.

The beach on the east coast is sandy and shallow, often with an offshore wind, so very child-friendly without waves.

In the cozy marina, there are as many as 3 restaurants, also within walking distance.
At the entrance to the campsite, there are 2 tracks in and out, covered with tiles. This one is decorated with modern rust-red iron flower boxes with giant aloe vera plants, which give a southern touch. There is also a tiled driveway along the entire length of the campsite, to avoid dust and noise.

Information and private residence are combined. The building is plastered in Skagen yellow with a red tiled roof. Appears razor sharp with white dannebrog windows. Simple and nice reception with a limited sale of grocery items.

On the ground floor, the private residence has a lovely modern kitchen, family room decorated in black and white with state-of-the-art white goods. There are 227 camping units, all with new power supply and remote control from the office. All supplied by Compusoft, which also supplies the booking system with online ordering module.
In the side building to the reception there is a large common room with 8 tables and chairs, as well as a TV. Here is a camper kitchen with 4 sinks, 4 electric hobs with 4 burners, 1 microwave and 1 oven. Extraction and all cooking zones.

On the 1st floor above the common room, there are 8 guest rooms. 1 with 2 double beds, 2 with 1 double bed and sofa bed and 4 guest rooms with private bathroom and toilet and double bed. There is a shower and toilet in the hallway, as well as a kitchenette with fridge, coffee machine and sink.
All buildings are heated with district heating. Only electric heating in older smaller department.
As for outdoor activities, there are 2 playgrounds with approved play towers and rocking animals as well as mega blocks. 3 bouncy pads, volleyball court, basketball court, football court and round ball court.
